We owe Dr. Ron Paul a great debt of gratitude. It’s for what he tried so hard to accomplish in Congress: saving the Old Republic. Even now, from retirement, he keeps hammering the truth. His war against the Federal Reserve isn’t over. Nor are the dangers that the Fed and our lovely politicos keep giving us. What gifts!

Here, the Hon. Dr. Paul examines recent Fed moves and associated political shenanigans. The outlook isn’t all that bright. At some point, maybe soon, the tricks and smoke and mirrors will fail and America will face crippling economic turmoil. It’s the debt and the funny money, the debased monetary policy we need to worry about. Dr. Paul is an eternal optimist. He believes things can still be fixed. We’d better get to that soon.
